»» Different kind of welding machines are used in our factories like SMAW, SAW, MIG, and TIG. Also, suitable welding electrodes are used that fit the type of metal and the type of welding joint.
Mostly an E7016 and 7018 are used in the process of steel structures welding. Welding joints are designed in our factories due to a special kind of forms and only qualified welders are permitted to run the welding process.
»» The whole parts subject to quality control procedures then parts are to be moved to the painting dept. A comprehensive cleaning process is performed before commencing the painting process which based on ASME or BS or API.
